i have read a lot about pr and backlinks.but.. if you were me, and you would have had 60 000 backlinks, i mean (Pr 6 5 4 3 2) what PR would you have expected at? and when google will give me my next PR?
if i have already a lot of backlinks, when google will index my new PR?

When it indexes all the links back to your site which if you're continually making new links it never will.

So... It's a progressive thing...

There is no correlation between high PR and traffic/sales/conversions. So my question is, why are you so concerned about something which is not bringing you any monetary gains?

regardless of wether you like the pr bar, most people look at it and feel all nice and cozy in the inside when their pr goes up. just my thoughts

Only the ones who are stupid enough to think it still means something.

It's also unlikely that anyone posting here with 60,000 legitimate backlinks would ever wonder what their PR will turn into, since those 60,000 legitimate backlinks would send enough traffic to allow the site owners/webmasters/etc. to focus on their sites and not the toolbar.
