We have noticed that some of the new pages we created are not showing in the google search. we keep getting things like this when we search them.

Your search - http://www.medievalmagic.ca/affiliate-plans.php - did not match any documents.

But the pages that are listed in the menu section on our home page are coming up in the search like this one:

http://www.medievalmagic.ca/contests.php

how do I make sure that all pages on my site are picked up by google and the other search engines so people can find them when they do searches? Am I missing some sort of code on the page? Our site designer who created the site to begin with has gone on his way and now I have no one to ask. He said that all I had to do was make sure the pages were linked somewhere on them to the rest of the site and the spiders whould index them. This dose not seem to be true. Can anyone help me?

It's coming up for me, just type this into Google:
site:www.medievalmagic.ca/affiliate-plans.php

Also, doing a site search on Google, your site has over 1300 pages indexed, so I don't think you have to be concerned about pages not being indexed.

I do see that when you do a "site:" search it comes up. but when you do a url search with out the "site:" it dose not. I was told that this means that the page is not indexed and that it will not show when people do searches. Now i have also taken the keywords and description metatags out as people said not to code them in. Should I put them back and see if this helps or should i try something else. this is what our designer put on all the pages and it dosen't seem to help on the pages I made and put on the site. Did I miss something.

The meta keywords doesn't really matter. Google don't care about these anymore.
I personally would't use the same description for all my pages. Either leave it blank or write a description for each page.
And to answer your question:
Yes, your site is indexed.
As jamestl2 said, just search for "site:" + "your url".
If you don't beleive me, you can do a search for the term:
"Medieval Magic" has started an affiliate program
Have a great day,
