Google is popular due to it's search engine but these days it is going to be something more than a search engine . There are loads of utilities provided by google . For me it is not a search engine only now because i am seeking other services and i am very satisfied . What are your thoughts about it ?

Using strange words does make your cross posted signature spam easily detectable.

Why do people do that? Do they just want to get answers from lots of different fora, or is it a kind of marketing thing?

I've come to know it as Indian SEO, they think its key in search engine optimization to spam and get links.

I use Google for Analytics for all my sites and Adsense. Those are probably my main 2 uses.

They have that social network site they did after Facebook wouldn't sell. Called Orkut or something like that. I didn't like it, found it too hard to navigate and do what I wanted. I stuck with Facebook

for aught, i know google works out.its the highly traffic loaded.
