I really want to know how many time google "dance" for new site beacause my site has 3 time already in just 3 month!

I mean that: my keywords today in TOP 10, yesterday is top 10 but in page 8. And after some days then top 10

I'd stop worrying. If it's a new site, things will settle down after a bit. Work on improving the quality of the site and getting quality backlinks etc., rather than spending time checking Google. You are a new site - things usually settle down after it's all indexed etc.

Basically, google has several sets of index showing randomly, and google does updating / crawling on sites daily on these indexes, a site can be in different position in these indexes.

This is just a basic idea of it, there are far more complex manipulation behind the scene, like most of the advice here, keep building good content for your site and get quality links and the position in these index will reflect the hard work in time.
