Hi,

I have many sites where my front page has PR4 or 3 and all sub pages has PR0, 1, 2.

In the last update I have a site that is now PR3 and ALL sub pages are PR0. What happened ? I don't have any deep links to the sub pages.

How can I get PR rank on the sub pages on my other sites?

turn off the stupid green bar on your toolbar.

They'll all be the same then!

check your site structure, the link juice flow may be uneven.

check your in and out bound links to see if there are bad neighbours, clean them up and yo might get back on track again.

The main reason is that every page has it's own pagerank. Pagerank isn't a site wide value, its a web page value. Your top level domain 90% of the time will have the highest pagerank value. This is due a couple of things..

(a) All your web pages most likely link to your homepage, and since all web pages have their own unique pagerank you're actually bleeding PR to your homepage from every single page.

(b) Most backlinks to your site will probably aim towards your top level homepage, sometimes a very popular article or web page on your site can get massive backlinks, but usually it won't be higher then the homepage.

Considering Pagerank doesn't have that great (if any) SERP value it's not really worth the time and effort to worry about it. Building backlinks to get higher SERP positioning, not for pagerank.
