Hi there

I have found some sites that have paid links and dont have the no follow tag, I just wondered if people here report links ?

Are you being literal (i.e., it's not a tag but an attribute) or are you knocking Google for unilaterally making "nofollow" and pretending it owns the Internets?

Yes, being literal. It is important that things such as the "nofollow" are called by their correct names. There is already massive misunderstanding and misinformation around that leads to more and more people getting it wrong.

The "nofollow" is merely a value for the relationship attribute of the <a>nchor element.

I think to report to google some ones sells or buys links is quite unethical. Why do you have to help them?

I would guess 90 or more % of paid link reports come from competing businesses. I don't sell or buy links, but I also have better things to do than report them.

AFAIK, paid submissions are discouraged when the nofollow tag is disabled (removed).. However, thinking out of the box. Google hates paid links, if a certain website got his / her nofollow attribute disabled. Just my two cents.

Neth08's post is a perfect example of WHY WE should be exact about the names and definitions of elements, tags, attributes and values.
