What's the secret to have an expanded menu in Google search results?

Now I'm not sure you see the same results as I do due to different countries, but if you do I have these 2 examples:

I'm not sure if expandable menus can be crawled, I believe they have regular hyperlinks either on page or have a sitemap point to those sections.

Read the link that was posted. it says in there, "At the moment, sitelinks are completely automated. We're always working to improve our sitelinks algorithms, and we may incorporate webmaster input in the future.2

You can't do anything about it at the moment...
