Well......if you are talking about the site which is in your sinature links then do not worry its not banned. Its all pages are in gogle index -

and also ranked at top -

you just need to optimize your site! It just fluctuated, i think!

Where you show up in the search engines varies from day to day hour to hour. It depends on

1) if you have changed some wording on your website
2) changed your keywords
3) if someone else has optimized their website to be better optimized than yours for the same keywords

and on and on.

Each day you need to be updating your site and make sure that your site is keyword rich and that you have a valid keyword rich meta title tag, meta description tag and a meta keyword tag.

Then make sure the page you have these tags on has those keywords on the page content.

And make sure you have relevant links and that you have created internal links to other pages on your site.

There is a lot to do to stay on the search engines and lots of people are learning what needs to be done so you need to stay on top of your site and pay attention.
