This update is quite early, been hearing this in forums though haven't seen any change yet.

One of my sites went from pr0 to pr-78 thats quite a change

And what exactly does this have to do with SEO?

Sorry I guess I must have gotten tired just when I started posting. But "yawn" is the single word that best describes how I feel about a PR update. My pages have all gone from "PR I don't know" to "PR I don't care"

Hi James .... nanimo likely did get a PR0 to PR78 leap. It's the google flux, a new dance. One page rank checker, I tried, reported my site had jumped from PR4 to PR52. I suspected I was doing a good job, but hey. The google PR flux is a time for extensive humour, on all fronts.

All of my websites backlink decreases in this update, google is more concentrating on the back link on this update..

I jumped to PRi. You guys think your PR's impressive? I just jumped to IMAGINARY NUMBERS! Y'all can just CHOKE on my PRage skillz.

Hope so just started a new site, i want to know what PR it will get.

Now there's a debate worth having. Is irrational PageRank greater than imaginary PageRank?

I say no. Irrational PageRank is...well, irrational. It's emotional and illogical. Imaginary PageRank, on the other hand, can be anything it wants...and since it's my imaginary PageRank, it's the greatest PageRank of all. It's well-reasoned, logical, fact-based, and lacking in bias. I WIN!

Hmmm.... I'd say it's very close.....
Imaginary PageRank could be positive or negative or anything you want it to be, but Irrational PR is just useless and doesn't make since, which is what Toolbar PR really is, so I *SUPPOSE* you win on that account.
