Hi all,
I just recently started to look at this google Webmaster Tools, and I noticed under the sitemap part it says:

Sitemap statistics:
Total URLs: 121
Indexed URLs: 91

Does anyone know why these other 30 pages wouldn't be indexed?
There is nothing different about them compared to the other 90, it's all just lyrics to a song in english, with translated spanish lyrics next to it. I'm quite confused!

There are a few parts to this question:

1) What URLs aren't being indexed?
2) Are they URLs that are in your Sitemap?
3) What will happen when you fix the bad reference in your robots.txt file to your Sitemap (you've got two .coms)?

Start with #3, see what happens in a week or so, and then see what URLs are/aren't indexed.

If it's still an issue, this may be one of the rare times where the "backlinks" argument comes into play...but not in the manner that most of the SEO crowd will tell you. Sites that generate organic backlinks tend to find themselves more fully indexed, and organic backlinks only come from one thing: a quality website. I'm not saying yours isn't; quite frankly, I don't understand half of it (the half being in Spanish). But from a design standpoint, it doesn't "look" like a Spanish site. They tend to be pretty vibrant and colorful, kind of like a Mexican bar.

You start doing things like that, and you get the right people take notice, the rest tends to take care of itself.

Well the site is going good, every month a lot more visitors, but its true that almost nobody links to it. I think it's because in this area (learn spanish, learn english etc) since the subject never changes, people make these websites then just leave them and dissapear. One site which is in the top five when I search 'Learn Spanish' hasn't been updated in more than 3 years!
It reminds me of Russia a hundred years ago, a small group of elitny controlling everything. Hopefully there will be a comparable revolution soon and they will be deservedly executed... not literally, just their search engine positions.

I don't mean my site should number one or anything, it needs a million improvements, but sometime later I think it will be.. !
