My second site hyippolice01.com was having a PR 3 and now is PR 0, but my site move up greatly in google search result.

Can someone tell me what's going wrong with google? Thanks.

Nothing is "wrong" with Google - the importance of PageRank has changed considerably in recent years and you may now be ranking better and still have your PR reduced.

Toolbar PR is still existing only as a "decoy" to those webmasters that still don't understand that spamming is not something that visitors want to find in search results and SEs can only exist if they give visitors what they looking for (best results).....join the race, be the best, give the best info. and your rank in SEs will be better and better...

Then google need to throw away there Toolbar PR.

They really can't at this point. The problem is that they inadvertently let the cat out of the bag about the PageRank portion of the algorithm, and now too many people know about it. There are also posts on multiple Googler blogs, among other things, that go into some detail about it.

So...if they got rid of it, people would still be selling "high PageRank links" or "SEO links with many backlinks for better PageRank" or (insert BS PageRank related phrase here). The false marketplace is already entrenched, and all that removing toolbar PR would serve to do is to entrench it further and create an even bigger lie than the one that already exists.
