I saw that PR ranking for Google too. I guess they went a little too tight with their algorithm.

Didn't microsoft and adobe get removed for a few days awhile ago because someone submitted their URL to the 'remove URL' page?

It would be extremely sad if google let some anonymous person remove their own site from their own search engine because no one double checks the URLs to be removed.

You cant remove your site from google...Well not through Google...

The only way is to change your robots.txt file to block them from indexing your site...

I dont know where that idea came from..

But says nothing about that on Google..
