Google has updated again its Backward links (BL) We have also seen changes in PageRank.I have also noticed the interested change In one case in which earlier google changed it to PR0 becuase of similar content we changed the conent last few now the page has again PR5.

My backlinks have jumped but there has been no PR changes.

THe majority of webmasters i have spoken to, have also reported no PR changes.

Backlinks updated for all sites. PR updated only for number of sites, that seems to be penilized before (not for all penalized sites too).

This seems to be the same across all web designer and SEO forums I participate. Google giveth and Google taketh away...

I lost page rank completely and now they are only showing 1 backlink and I had many more then that. I was a four. Is there something I should do, or do I just wait and see?

I'm not so sure. No PR update, no positions update - nothing.

Google is not the BL counter, it's search engine. And representative should change in accordance with sites changing.

I saw an increase in backlinks on every site of mine, but no PR move on any of them.

Oh well, the next update won't be far off

How often does Google update?

About once a month I think.

I just notced Google on my site again. Seems a bit early for it's next run since it was around a couple of weeks ago.
