i have to questions about backlinks... Do i have to wait for my site to be listed in google b4 i can check my backlinks (i have over 100 but google still shows none, i submitted my site yesterday.) and the sites that link to me... do they have to be listed in google to count? Thanx

Yes on both counts. It takes much longer than a day for those links to count for your site. Try 8 weeks or more. They don't crawl the whole internet in one day. The sites that link to you have to be in google to count.

Even Google index all of them, Google doesn't show them all as backlink, even high PR one now.

Google updates BL +/- 1time per month. So just wait the next update. Now you can verify if G see your links with allinurl:yourname.com command

They never will It appearsd that Google shows a sampling of the total links it really knows about. Another place to check your links is on Yahoo, they seem toi have a pretty link reporting feature:
