Haha... It's not really an essay... Just a research I did when I saw my PR increase. Anyway, I suppose there won't be next one as Google will never release its algorithm!

It can be bad, also can be good. But just like what chris said, don't be too engrossed with the PR as it's just 1 out of the 100s factors that Google uses!

I'm just wondering how this so called update end? most of my keywords fluctuate in SERP.

Fluctuations are normal and it's not really an update of serp postionings. Just an export of Google's ever updating information.
