Well i'm approaching the 6th month my website has been up and running. I have seen 4 google updates so far, have a PR4, hundreds of backlinks according to yahoo (83 of which are showing up under google), nearly 2,000 links for my company keyword "ewebdevelopment", but still place no where in the top 1,000 results for my keywords on google.

As usuall I am ranking number 1 for all "ALLIN" type searches...

Am I missing something here? What is going on?

I have been using the correct anchor text for my backlinks. My site is also listed in DMOZ.

"professional web design"
"professional web development"

Im not a seo, but profesional web design is a very popular keyword. There are thousands of websites for web design. The top few, have thousands of backlinks, and are almost perfectly seo. Good Luck!!!
