Hi ... for my account, the Tools Menu, in Dashboard, doesn't include the "reconsideration" option. I wonder why? Is my site banned, sandboxed or, in some way, being punished? Google Groups is of no help, so far, anyway.
I recently discovered my domain name was previously owned and operational. Google suggests advising it of such facts via "reconsideration." I've had a lot of unusual difficulties, with google, and mischief, which predates my purchase of the domain name and launching of the current site, may be partly at fault. No way to know, if I can't submit to "recon."
