You need more traffic. Adsense is really a numbers game.

Yea, well i submitted my site to search engines. Adding to top sites slowly (but to be on the top you need visitors clicking on your link), telling friends, adding it as sig on the forums i am in, linking to community sites....

That is really all you can do more than you are already doing. Either that, or pay for advertising. Whatever you do, do not pay for hits, they are crappy and I found that most of those hits are tricks used by the seller to cheat you.
I have around 50 unique visitors a day, and I have adsense just on the right hand side of every single page on my site. What are some ways I can enhance my revenue. my click through rate is like 0%

You defenitly need more visitors to your website. On one of my sites, I have about 600 uniques a day and I barely bring in adsense money. It's just one of those things where you have to have a good number of visitors to make money from.
You might want to also consider increasing the number of ad units, seeing as Google now allow up to 3 units per page. That might help, but in all honesty it's like others have said... you need more traffic.
