BTW. Websites don't have PR. Each individual URI has it's own PR.

Some websites have its own PR, one page sites, some flash sites...
I know that this is explained in your second sentence... But there are people that don't know what is URI...lol...

To answer the thread...between 2-9 months, usually 3 months.
Regarding how long it takes for all Google datacenters to have same PR value, it's around 7 days in my experience.
