AGE and PR have no correlation!

You loose PR if the links pointing to your website get deleted, broken etc....

PR = influenced by LINKS

That's all you have to remember. The rest doesn't matter!!

What I know about PR is,its about links, If you got lots of incoming links to your site.Its just like a voting process.

Correction: it's not about the number of incoming links but the "quality" of them (I'm talking about PR quality, not traffic relevant link quality)

Pr is calculated through backlinks, so in short gather more backlinks to increase your pr.
