If you type in cosmeticscop into google, look at the organic results. #1 is cosmeticscop.com. It has a different serp format. It takes up almost 3 times the space with a listing of subcategories going to pages in the site, ie: Product Reviews, Best and Worst Products, etc...

Why is google giving it so much space with this different format?

They give extra links for the leader of the market for a specific keyphrase. The leader has to be way ahead of the competition or really relevant for that search.

It's basically for the "official" relevant leader of a certain "keyphrase".
