It allows you to search by location, time frame, and categories all of those combine. The results are shown in a graph.

It's basically a better version of Google Trends, with a lot more possibilities.

aside from a help for kw selection, it can also help you in targeting the regions where your niche is being search the most..help for seo's...

some say its good to use for targetting KW for a particular place..

After playing around I found it almost useless for my needs.
