Total URLs: 385 ( I get these are total pages that google got in my site)

Indexed URLs: 1 ( But what's this????????)

Which bit don't you get?

Indexed = The content has been retrieved and examined.

URL = Uniform Resource Locator -> the location that a resource can be found at.

Indexed URLs 1 = Just 1 resource has been indexed.

Do you have a sitemap for your site and whether you submit the same to google through webmaster tools whenever you update contents?
Check whether all the pages are linked to the index page directly or indirectly.

It means that out of 385 URL in your sitemap, only ONE was index.

site map is a page of the a site where we placed aal pages of the a site. when a sitemap page will be index then aal pages will be indexes with the site map.

that's not true.

It's not because your sitemap get indexed that all the pages of the sitemap will be indexed as well.
The spider can stop crawling at every page.
