I was in opinion that it will take at six months for new site to appear in google listing. there is any other way to make it appear with in 24 hrs.

It takes way less than 6 months. If I have to estimate I would say one month.

To make it go faster submit it to all the search engines at once. The more links that point to your website the faster it will get indexed.

If you get link from very reputable site, it can be indexed within 24 hours, but with few links you can expect it between 7-20 days.

It really depends on what keyword phrases you hope to rank for. The more competition for the phrase the more work you need to do and the longer it will likely take to rank well.

You could rank for some phrases in a matter of hours or days and you may never rank for other phrases. Depends on the phrase and your effort.

Depends on the no of backlinks you have to your site and for complete new site instead of looking at Google's cache better option would be to go for building backlinks

I don't know exactly but try to have more links for faster listing I guess

here are some good ways to be indexed fast by G...get a link from existing site..make a blog for the site cause G loves blog and they are being indexed very quick..

New site can be indexed in just a matter of days, submission to social bookmarking site is the fastest way for a site to get index, IMHO!


In targeting google listing, it depends on the keywords you use, some search terms are really hard and some are very easy! Long tailed keywords are sample of search terms that are very easy to target in google! Make sure that you target keyphrases that will bring traffic to your site.

Yes, I agree.
First of all it depends on what keyword phrases you hope to rank, what content you have and how many high ranked backlinks you have.

Just improve you "backlinks strategy" and your site content.

I got indexed by google only under 24 hours for one of my blog, and the next month I ranked 3rd using my keyword, 2nd month got google PR although it's still 0 - didn't post regularly.

I used many techniques to increase the amount of quality backlinks to my blog.

I would strongly disagree with this. We have launched 6 sites and they all appeared fairly quickly. The most important factor is the amount of competition and how aggressively they are working SEO and link building.

If you want to jump start a site acquire a thousand or so useful links before launching.

With in one month after submission you will get your site on google. i am not agree of six month time duration.

Normally, it takes 2-3 days but some sites appears in just less than 24 hours.

Its totally depend to the site and your optimization technics.

If you have unique content, good user friendly layout, good backlinks and more, your site will be appear soon...

it really depends on your website and how you promote it. It can take from about 24 hours to about 4 weeks. The fastest I ever done was 2 days for google to pick up my site. also you shoud use google webmaster tools that should speed up the process
