No, not necessarily.
But if someon put a link someplace else, they might return the link in the search results, when someone does a search.
But if you place the file on a "secure" zone, one you have to authenticate to get in, they should not be able to get in.
Well, again, except if someone publish a link with the http://username assword@site.com on his page.
Then, anyone following that link will be able to enter on your zone.
The only way to be 100% sure that nobody who is not authorized to see your file don't see them, is to not put them on a web site.
You can make it harder for other to see them, but once they are online, the are exposed.
