On a more serious note, I think your best bet would be to contact their web host with a formal well written letter with mention of legal action. Chances are it is a cheap or free host they are using, and most will not chance legal action for some spammer and will most likely delete their account asap. Good luck with it -John

I vouch for this one. Same thing has happened to many people and according to what I've digested, this is the fastest way to bring it down. Usually if hosts contact you about stuff, you're willingly to kill it immediately just to prevent your other sites getting annihilated by them...They can be ruthless

Reporting a site to google and getting it banned is not going to render it useless. Most months i get more traffic from msn and yahoo than i do google! Google is not the only search engine.

Reporting the site to google will not get you far. Send their web host a DMCA notification, which they will more than likely forward to the culprit with a threat from themselves saying that if the content is not removed, they will be terminated.

I used to run a web hosting company and took any DMCA notifications really seriously.

I can understand your feelings mate, labouring hard and someone stolen your whole contain. But mate if that one is your 100% contain than you can go to Google for help otherwise people who live in glasses home should not throw stone at other home.
