I'm not an Adsense expert, by any means, but I'm pretty sure that they don't issue a set rate for CPM. It will depend on several factors including traffic numbers, traffic quality, CTR, niche of site, etc. I don't believe their CPM rate is a one-size-fits-all type of number.
