Traffic drop-off in Analytics

Totally confused...

I was getting my requisite ~20 visits per day then, suddenly, down, basically, to zero. Only about half of my traffic is search engine driven (the rest being referrals) so, even if I was removed from search for some reason, I'd still be getting some traffic.

I've been messing around in Webmaster Tools trying to get my sitemap to work (a whole separate issue) but I don't know why that would kill my traffic. Maybe the www association? I'm stumped.

Do you know where you were before as opposed to now or certain terms? Webmaster will help on that aspect. Are your links still on those sites?

maybe analytics isn't working right. Check the code you have in your html file and make sure it matches with analytics

I've been suffering a similar problem recently. My site views have been dropping, and for the past couple of days, they have been at zero. I know this isn't correct, because apart from anything else I've been going on the site a lot to test various things, and I've had other people on the site when I needed help, so it can only be a problem with analytics.

On top of that, I've noticed that the times people are on the site are consistantly appearing at zero, which again I know not to be true, because I know people have been reading entire pages. I've always felt that Analytics stats are off somewhat, and over the past few days, there is no comprehendable way it can have been correct.
