Today Google has indexed my website http://www.getnotify.com, but the problem is that they have indexed it with the prefix www. I can see my website indexed in google as http://getnotify.com Now the question is that how to add my website with prefix www to google search engine. Any idea?

Correct, doing a 301 redirect can solve this issue. Also, go into Google Webmasters Central and you can set the preferrred domain name to be used in search results.
