Hi i ve got problem my web page going dowl in google shuld go up if amount of my visitors going up right but i have more and more visitors but my page going down in ranking could anyone explain this for me please??

If you'll take a look at your traffics stat... where most of your traffic came from? For sure, it didnt came from SE since your SERP goes down. It might came from other source like direct traffic or referral traffic.

SERP and visitors are not related each other. visitors are comes on the site many ways.

you might have visitors coming from different locations, not all visitors come from google

Back links are the equivalent of traffic in Google's eyes.

I don't know if Google is using user browsing data and include it into ranking algorithm, but they do it for personalized search, so there can be a chance that they do it in some amount in real search. So there could be some connection between traffic and rankings.


I find it would be nice if user browsing data is included somehow into Google algo, it could give it some human touch and could also exclude or downgrade some spammy sites that human visitors click back or close button as soon they get on that page from search.... I mean if 100000 visitors with different Google accounts for one site that ranks #1 for "keyword", click back after 3seconds on that site, it is logical they should use that data and downgrade that sites rankings....I assume there could be exploit of this, but every thing becomes exploitable after some time.... I repeat, I don't know Google is using this logic, but they should

Google don't use personal browsing history for ranking, they use it for filtering.

All you have to do is look at Alexa and the way that can be manipulated to realise why Google don't and won't use user behaviour for ranking manipulation.

Say that any SE would "downgrade" a page because users clicked out of it. All I need is to build a simple bot to simulate clicking in and out of one (or several) of your pages and hey presto! away your pages go.

I was talking about loged Google users. How would you create a bot for that?

I said I cant claim but i believe that they are using some of the data they get from authenticated users, for ranking factors too. Why wouldn't they, it is excellent data.
