For quite some time I used to be first in all keywords which were within my page titles, Google bots crawled my site at a much faster rate than they do now, and my pages aren’t being listed as fast as they used to, resulting in the new keywords which are within my page titles are no longer bringing my site towards the top of the list.

Nothing has changed within my site to of caused this as far as I know.

I have close to 3000 pages indexed on Google and a PR of 3!

I am using Wordpress and am turning out at least 5 new pages of quality information each day as my site is a new site!

So my question is why isn’t Google indexing my pages at the same rate as they did before?

Any help is much appreciated!

So! Situation normal then. New site, ranks very high for a short while, then drops down to where it really belongs.

Somehow I'm having real problems with matching "5 new pages a day" and "quality information"

5 pages a day of regurgitated, rehashed copy is certainly doable, but brand new, unique stuff of the kind that SEs will index and show their customers, doubtful.

Sorry, I meant to say ‘news’ and not ‘new’ your right I have checked just my page rank and it has moved down to 2.

PR = red herring.

Google represents the general public, who always look for something new and unique everyday. Why not? Google really caters for the 'paying' public.

I beg to differ, it just means more people are providing similar content and optimising better. If your content is UNIQUE then there is no reason that some quality backlinking wont fix your ranking. But if your site is just another RSS publisher then your pretty much doomed
