please suggest me that what should i do for this
if you have any process for quick cache write me.
i already had ping in Google.

You have got plenty of links in Google and Yahoo so you are getting plenty of action from the spiders (or should be)

I noticed your meta tags, although they are pretty much redundent these days, you could try adding the Revisit-After tag

It won't help either.
The ONLY search engine that EVER used that particular meta element hasn't even existed in the last 6 or 7 years, and even then it was only used to index and search their own site.
The same site also developed and used the "VW96" meta elements which were also much used by the clueless SEO community.

AND if the mainstream engines DID use it, the meta would actually mean "Do NOT come back for at least 10 days"

It happens sometime, but it will recover back about 3 month.

Its really surprising to me that these guys are offering services of SEO and now confuse about their site. How any one can expect from them the quality work. I also saw a widget in which they have mentioned their clients and clients are Hp, Virgin mobiles and all.

My suggestion is Use google webmaster tool and submit your XML site map.

Just wrote a blog post about this exact topic, but basically build backlinks and submit a sitemap.
