I am assuming you are talking about http://intelweb.biz/
Rewriting your meta tags will help a bit.
There are three things you can do.
1. You have to separate your keywords with comas no space.
2. You can put your keywords into your title and description.
3. Use a revisit tag.<META NAME="Revisit-after" CONTENT="15 days">
The main reason your site doesn't show up in the top 1000 search results on Google is that you don't have enough optimized keyword links to compete for placement.
I would suggest listing your site in as many directories as posible. There is a list of about 600 search engines and directories. Directory listings will give you a good start but you may have to buy some text link advertisements. There are alot of hosting and webmaster related sites that will advertise your website for a fair price. The good thing about text link advertisements is that they help your link popularity. Try to find advertisements that will get you the most click-thrus. Advertising with keywords that have less popularity has worked better for than trying to compete for big keywords when you can use alot use less commonly search keywords and come up first on searches and you will the traffic and make sales without actually competing with larger commercial sites.
