"index.cfm/g/7" doesn't really do anything for your search and I think you'd get better seaches with just your keywords in the url

I would say you would be better of with the first one - /cheats/rainbowsix3.

The reason I say this is that you will be present to people searching for all cheats aswell as rainbow six cheats, which leaves you open for expansion.
