I believe you mean "link:", yes?
Here's a way do it :
Go into google webmaster tools. Assuming you've added your site there, now click on your sitename in the dashboard.
Now click the "Links" item in the menu at left.
Now click on "Pages with external links".
You will see them all there, and you can download them if you like.
However, they never show you all the backlinks they know about. It's just a random sample. Using Google to see what backlinks you have is kind of pointless since they don't really tell you.
Use Yahoo instead. You'll get a much better count.
