Your site could do with a site map or root directory. This will help with the indexing of all your pages, combined with carefully chosen anchor text (the clickable part of the link) it will help Google determine what your sites content is about.
Your backlinks are also using your sites name as the anchor, try to use your target keywords in any links pointing to your site.
The hosting market is a very competative one and a vast amount of high quality backlinks will be needed if you are to perform well in the SERP's. Try to look for smaller phrases that are not so competative.
