From what I read the age of the site matters as well the age of the links linking to the website.

The older the site; the better.

I don't think the age matters because one of my websites is four months old and through promoting it, it's a PR2. This website (in signature) is only a few days old and I am sure I can get a high page ranking for it as well. You just need to promote your url like crazy to important links.

All depends on the keywords your targeting. Age is one of the several factors Google put into consideration for ranking purposes. A keyword rich domain name that is not that old can rank well for the keywords in its name

Yep. Ur website's age influence your SERP. Try to update ur contents and keep doing a link building to get #1 in SERP.

Age is doesn't mater for ranking....If you follow through SEO algorithm you can bring your site in rank #1 for Google even your domain is new or old....

The age of your site has little to do with its position in google once it is out of the sandbox.
