Er- all of them i think by the sounds of it

What happened at google yesterday was a bit scary especially for many of us who own websites and rely on the income to survive or even supplement out income.

I happened to hear it on the news and I am sure that it must have been frightening for the top guns at google and frustrating for many website owners

I also understand that it was all down to human error and I also hope that google the giant have managed to learn from this, which I am sure they have and hopefully nothing like this happens again in the future.

Over 1,000,000,000,000 Web Pages (Google's Index) were affected.

It only affected google's stock prices. (Most) People are smart enough to realize that cnn is not a malware site, so when every search result displays the malware warning (most) people will ignore it. It also gave google some good benchmark testing, they had to process/display/track that many more lines.

Yes i agree to an extent , but there are LOTS of people that may visit a site that one have us has built and not return because they were
A. Not aware that the problem was with google and not the specific site.
B. Hadn't noticed that ALL other sites were affected
C. Not very computer savvy in the first place(Like 9/10ths of the people i know)

I do seem to remember the first post on this came from someone who initially thought the problem was specific to Updown Court ......... Ahem.......
