A Strange thing today, i was trying to find info on the worlds most expensive house - Updown Court and it seems that google has put a "This page may harm your computer" on absolutley every link to this when i did a search - including the main site AND all other sites containing Updown Court info - the likes of forbes.com , primelocation.com etc......
It's ok on yahoo though
I wonder why this is ?
Surley every website that contained that cant have been hacked , or has google got something against Updown Court and its owners?
maybe they tried to buy it and fell out with them.........

I think its a problem with google, as if you google any site, it says the same for every single one !

I've come on this site to find out if other people were having the same issue. If you search for any combination of words on google then I get the same error occur saying that every link may harm your computer. This could be big if they don't fix it soon. I'm now using yahoo. I've not used yahoo in years.

Is the problem in India only? or all over the world?

It seems almost all search results from Google are now showing up with this warning:

This site may harm your computer.

Tested in all major web browsers, from different machines, with differtent OSes, in the UK.

Therefore: Has Google now been hit by a nasty virus of some sort?

It looks like they've fixed the error. It isn't happening to me any more. That was quick.

Offical StopBadware.org Blog Update

Summary: A file containing "bad" sites was updated today and a setting was accidentally changed which triggered all sites to receive the "malware" warning flag. The error has been fixed and Google has/is going to implement new settings to detour this from occurring again.

I mean from a customers perpective it sounds really bad..
