Not unless you saved it to your computer. Other than that ask the site owner/operator.

You could search for the page in google, if it is their click the google cache or try The Wayback Machine

Nope, the "wayback machine" is around a year behind getting pages into the archive at the very least.
The site does suggest it will be 6 months before a site becomes available in the archive. But you will be lucky if you find something newer than 12 months old.
