For users of Google Webmaster Tools, and the sitemap submission service, how often do you resubmit your sitemap for Google to see?

I do it daily for my forum, and every time I make a post in my blog.

I just submit sitemap every time there's a new pages created on my site.

As often as it changes. I believe that you do not need to do resubmission often

Fortunately, mine is a wordpress blog and I need not submit my sitemap each time I update my blog.

Good to know. I thought I just submit a sitemap once, but you're suggesting a weekly basis if I change the content. Good tips, I'll have to look into this.

Just reference the XML sitemap in robots.txt http://www.google.com/support/webmas...n&answer=64748

Let them get it when they read the robots.txt

I submit my xml sitemap once and a while when an update is going on. But most of the time, I forget to submit it. I don't think it is such a big deal.

Update your XML site map and add your newly added link in sitemap for Google webmaster tool.

Good for automatic discovery and resubmission, but I like to force Google to revisit it daily since Google only revisits my sitemap maybe once a week if I don't force it.

I just did it once and never do it again. not unless there is a new important page on my site.
