We have setup a Google Apps - Gmail for our company and it works perfect except the accounts which are using more than one user.

When someone download a messages to mail client, another user can't receive those too, but they are still on server and option for removing messages from server is disabled.

Messages are in Inbox in Gmail, not in spam folder.

have you check the setup?Maybe there is something wrong on setting up the account.

Sure, all settings are same in client and on gmail as all other accounts which we use.

What email client do you use? Thunderbird? Outlook? Maybe it's all about the proper setup...

Why don't you just give each user their own email account?
Standard Google apps (free version) gives you up to 50 email accounts for your organization.

Maybe the other mail client who download the message doesn't set up the send copy to mail server.

double check the setup. there's must be something wrong. so far I haven't heard any problem about this gmail's ability to access multiple accounts.

I'm using Apple Mail, and the settings for this account are completely same as for all other accounts we use without problems.

This is the only mail which must be shared by more users.

I'm thinking of creating aliases which will forward mail to another inboxes but that's the last solution.

ok, there is no problem in your set up for the server check how the others set up their account who don't receive the mail maybe they installed it not good.

You need to check all setup option provided by Gmail.i think there is no answer of this kind of problem you must try to solve practically just make some changes in your account may be you will find your answer
