Is there a way to update Google cache

4 weeks ago I added a word to the title of about 10 pages of my site http://www.tattoodesignreport.com .
Since then no page meta info appears in search results for these pages, not even the page title - old or new.
I guess this will not change until Google filters cached pages out. But on the cached link in the search results (for a page keyword) it just brings up the cached homepage and says its "a snapshot of the page as it appeared on 10 Mar 2009 20:07:55 GMT". This update is weeks after I made the page title changes.
Could anyone give me an indication of how long this takes and whether I can do something to speed it up?
Thanks
Jon

And how did you add this word in the title?
because for the home page at least the cached versions is exactly the same as it is in the source code. Even though the browser shows something different.

BTW when you use conditional comments they have to come AFTER the style sheet otherwise they do nothing at all.

Wait and be patient. Google will update it eventually. By the way, delete the word "Homepage" in the title tag.

Patience is a must. Wait for the bots to crawl again your website. It will better if you update some content.

Just use nocash meta key word in your site. So it will delete your old cash and updates it with new cash.

Absolutely NOT!!!

god grief! do you not realise that having a nocash meta on your pages means that Google will not be paying you for any Adsense clicks at all.

You can use nocache in meta tags for a period of time, and after that add cache again. This will update it, but probably it will take 1-2 weeks.

if you wants to update your Google Cache or Google Still not able to Cache your New pages just uploaded your sitemap.xml again in Google webmaster tool. and doing some Social Bookmarking, Article submission for your site then you can also put some regular fresh content in your site. it's will makes Google to Crawl your sites faster.

Your website does not show anything.i found a blank page so if it is a error first of all fix it and for google update you must wait for it.

More strong back links and frequent updated content are the essence of frequent cache.
