Ok, we all know what I'm on about... but how do I get them on my site? And do I get paid for displsying the banner? I am not interested in being on them (yet) but can any of you give me some info on how to get the banners on my site?

Incase you dont want to take the time or reveal personal information by signing up, ill give you a summary. With adsense you basically just pick the color scheme of the ad's you want and google generates the html code for you that you simply past into your website. You get paid when people click on these adds and only when they click on them.

Some ad's you get paid more when people click on and some less, this information is confidential and cannot be shared between webmasters on account of the terms of service of google adsense. Hope this helps

Once a month and this check is on the same day each month. If you dont reach the minimum value of 100$ it gets carried over till the next month . Also if you earn more than the certain amount then google sents u a check for how much u earned.

No, when people search, ads appear at the top of the search results. When people click on these you get paid.
