This sort of thing happens when your subpage has more valuable backlinks than your main page and also the niche on your sub page maybe attracting more users, search and traffic than your main page.

domain and subdomain = 2 another domain.
Ex: Blogger.com # WebmasterSeoBlog.Blogspot.Com

even no one can understand what google is doing now so i have no answer but wait for some time you will get your answer.

that's very normal, the simple thing that you have 2 different domain that all.

I know from experience, that if you pay for google ads. You will have the rank your site deserves..It takes money to make money. But words of caution: When I payed for google ads a few years back, thank GOD I used a credit card with only $100 bucks on it cause they charge right off the card, and google charges flows just like water...The cards balance was $0.00 in a matter of minutes! Be careful if you go this route. And it does place your ad at the top of the right column in google searches, but once you find it there, you should also check your balance on your credit card. Too much money! I could've lost thousands upon thousands of dollars in no time flat!!
