I'm having a little trouble understanding how banksy.co.uk is ranked #1 for the search term "site" when it's simply a badly coded site, terrible SEO wise and has nothing but images on the site?

If anyone can shed some light on this, because it's baffled me...

I think it's probably because there are a lot of links to the site. People like his work so they link to it. PR is partly calculated by how many top-quality sites link to it.
