I've noticed that the number of indexed pages of my website has decreased significantly over the past few months.

Does Google has something to do with this? What is the best thing that I should do to stop this?

Create ur web sitemap.xml then submit it through google webmaster. It should increase ur indexed pages.

You might need to have better internal linking as well. One gigantic page that links everywhere else on your site sometimes does the trick (depending on the size of your site of course!)

It happened with me only pages with better page rank appeared, i guess submitting ur sitemap and having a good internal linking will fix it

Maybe it is due to the cause of duplicate content or errors within your site's format.

yeah or maybe bcoz of your site structure .. maybe some links ahve been moved
