Hi, I have checked that site and would like to offer the following advice.
Firstly. It would help you to include META tags in the sites html. Having a good keyword Title and make good use of the H1 H2 and H3 tags.
2ndly. Content. I see your site is just basically an advertising portal for another site that actually sells the products you are listing. If you had more pages that had content on each regarding the products that were packed with keywords this would help you in the search engine rankings.
Of course as with any site you would need to spend some time promoting it through social bookmark sites and media. You would need to build up links going into your site from sites of similar interest. Submit it to link directories and write articles and post them on news ezine websites.
Install and use google analytics and study where your traffic is coming from and work on that area. It takes time but I hear google favours the age of the url in search results.

... I check code, read google advices, try to contact google - but nothing... still without visitors from google... It is not on black list nor banned... Any idea or suggestion?
