Just include your keywords naturally into your content. If you absolutely must stuff some keywords, put it in a paragraph form, with at least somewhat comprehensible sentences (even if they don't really make sense) below the real quality content on your page. Don't try to hide it by making the color the same as the bg or anything like that, you'll get penalized if they get wise to it.

No its not black hat, theres nothing wrong with having the title of your site in the header followed by a short snappy sentance with some keywords init, so long as you dont just put a list of keywords and keep it natural its fine.

You wouldnt get penalised for this anyway, you would just appear lower on the search engines if google didnt like it !

You can put Your keyword in header.nothing can b wrong for it even it will not make any harm for your website.
