I'm wondering what changes I can make to improve my Yahoo and Google rankings. I have submitted sitemaps to both sites through there webmaster tools. Any help is greatly appreciated! http://sbkreview.com
You should build quality links targeting that keyword for your site. Submitting the sitemap to SEs isn't enough. You should do other things such as forum posting, directory submission, article submission, etc.

You will have to do through all the seo routines (both on-page and off-page), including revising the keywords you are targeting (and probably broadening their range). Anyway, getting to the top is never an easy process (I mean to the top with meaningful keywords, the ones that are likely to bring in targeted traffic). The bottom line is you have to keep working, especially building links.

Keep submitting your site! It will take *ALOT* more submitting, but given that you are this far, don't give up now. Unless you fear the unknown

One more thing, make sure you are keeping DAILY TABS of how each search engine is treating your website, otherwise, it's just a big 'wash-out'. This IS CRITICAL!
i did a google check of your domain using link:sbkreview.com and you have 10 backlinks there. when i did links:www.sbkreview.com it went up to 26. so you need to perhaps work on buildling more quality backlinks, and quantity too.
also may i suggest that you join the google webmasters and make use of their tools.
add more content to your pages, etc. and as Earnest said, doing on and off page seo work.
